We want every homeowner who reaches Similarlyaddressed Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Similarlyaddressed Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Similarlyaddressed Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New York.

How to File

Email contact@similarlyaddressed.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
